The Division of Sewer Maintenance office is located at 900 Ottawa Street, which is along the Keowee Street side of the City's Ottawa Yard Complex.

Originally built in 1989, this building was later expanded upward to create additional office and training facilities in 1995. Inside parking is provided for more than 40 units of the Division's motorized equipment to ensure the operation of these units regardless of current weather conditions.

The Division consists of 65 full time employees, 13 temporary employees and one  intern. These employees are assigned to various jobs and areas of the City. The City is divided into East and West and each area has a Cleaning and a Repair Supervisor along with their crews assigned to handle problems, repairs and preventive maintenance.
